LEYENDE ORDERING AND SHIPPING PROCESS
• How does online ordering work?
Step 1 - Check out Leyende products in our Products page. Click ADD TO SHOPPING CART beside the item/s you want to order. It will automatically be added to the shopping cart on the upper right hand corner of the Leyende website
Remember: you can modify the quantity, size and variant (if any) of the product/s according to your preferenceStep 2 - If you are happy with your choice, click CHECKOUT beside the shopping cart icon on the upper right hand corner of the Leyende website.
Step 3 - Fill-in the Ordering Information truthfully and completely.
Step 4 - Double-check your orders. If you are happy with your choices, click SEND. If not, you can click CLEAR and start filling in the form again. You’re done!
• What happens after sending the order form?
a.) You will receive an email with your orders and the total bill you have to pay. Please read below to see which mode of payment suits you.
b.) After your payment has been confirmed, your orders will be prepared, carefully packaged and double-checked by our committed, empowered staff.
c.) A trusted courier then picks up your orders from the Leyende workshop at the heart of Makati City to send to you at the soonest possible time. Depending on your location, this could be as soon as the next day after your payment or 2-3 days for local orders. For international orders, the delivery time varies depending on chosen courier.
• How much does it cost to ship my item?
As much as possible, we advocate a method of shipping that doesn’t involve fossil fuels. That’s why we have partnered with trusted Pedala bike couriers to handle shipping within Metro Manila.
The standard fee within Metro Manila is P150 for every order regardless of weight and quantity.
For Alabang-Las Piñas-Parañaque, Navotas, Novaliches residents, we only ship via Air21 with varying fees depending on quantity of orders.
For out of town and international orders, we have to use the equally reliable team of Air21 and FedEx. The rates will vary for every order so additional shipping info will be emailed to you once your order form has been submitted. Please see the table of shipping costs below for more information.
• What payment methods do you accept?
We gladly accept payments via:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) only for residents of Quezon City (except Novaliches, Fairview) and Makati City
- G-Cash deposit 0915-671-3154under Neva Kares Talladen
- Bank deposit to Banco de Oro current account number 490-8005-499 under Leyende Natural and Organic Products, Inc.
• What about international orders?
Customers outside the Philippines may browse and purchase from the site using the shopping cart and order form. Please indicate the complete international address so our staff can compute for the proper shipping fee and appropriate dollar conversion.
Please expect a reply to your order form within 48 hours after you have submitted it.
The mode of payment for international orders is through Western Union or direct bank transfer to HSBC dollar account
• Where can you ship orders?
We can ship orders anywhere both locally and internationally as long as the area is covered by a reliable shipping company/courier.
• How do I make changes to my order?
While we would like to accommodate every customer’s needs, we have a strict policy for any order changes to ensure a smooth transaction for everyone.
For order changes and cancellation/s please email info@leyende.com WITHIN 24 HOURS after you have submitted your order form online. We will NOT entertain order changes via SMS or Personal Messages in Multiply or Facebook or phone request. Changes must be coursed through email for proper documentation.
• What if an item is out of stock?
We will promptly indicate in our website if an item is out of stock. Kindly check back every now and then for the status of the product you would like to order.
• How do I return an item?
Your happiness is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the product/packaging or if there is something wrong with the product, kindly notify us immediately at info@leyende.com.
For us to process the return and/or exchange, please include your complete name and contact details and your detailed reason/s for returning/replacing item/s. Please see our Return Policy below for further details.

• Availability
All Leyende products on this website are available for ordering except for the ones marked “Out of Stock.” But don’t worry, these products are usually replenished by a month’s time or less. Please bear with us; each Leyende product is passionately and carefully handmade by well-trained, empowered staff – almost no machines are used in the process to ensure that each unique formulation is followed and quality is maintained.

We have provided a list of ingredients for every Leyende product so that you can make a more informed, responsible choice.

We also believe that every creature has as much right as humans to live with dignity and respect. In this light, our company does NOT engage in or condone animal testing.

Returns and Exchanges
• Online Return Policy
Step 1 - Email us at info@leyende.com with the subject: PRODUCT RETURN. Include the following details:
name of the product you want to return
where and when you bought the product
complete name and contact details
your specific complaint or comment about the product (why are you returning it?)
Step 2 - Wait for our response within 48 hours from the day you sent your email. We will facilitate the return and replacement of the product as soon as possible.
Step 3 - All return and exchange MUST be done at the Leyende Head Office ONLY. As we need every pair of hands for the production process, we won’t be available for meet-ups or special shipping.
Note: You may choose the same product variant or choose a different one as long as it is the same price of cheaper than the returned item. You may choose ONE product only for every item returned. (Example: if you return a P450 cologne, you may choose to replace it with an item of the same price, like Face Canvas, or and item that costs less, like Clean Slate. You cannot exchange it for two or more items that add up to P450).
