Dear friends, whose letters alight like birds in my mornings,
Had we been together in some happy remembered place
We would have lived and told
The stories and the news, the long deep conversations
In rooms and gardens where we might have been
With an old friend too long unseen,
Or one too briefly known.
Many, many the unsaid words, the unparticipated joys,
The unexpressed affection, unshared laughter, and yet
In the unrecorded to and fro of thought
Are we not often together, the unspoken
Traveling between us in the invisible ways?
The words we write only the signature
Of boundless life, that makes us one
With those we know and love, and the unloved unknown.

We’ve had many pleasant surprise visits from both old and new customers at our Head Office, and we truly enjoyed putting faces to names that we’ve only encountered online. We’ll always be glad to entertain shoppers during our office hours (or by appointment).

While we strive to always put you first and continue our service, we must also take time to regroup and recuperate over the holidays. Below is our schedule of operations for December 2009:

MOONLIT BAZAAR

This is the very last bazaar we have for the year, and it’s going to be great! Lots of sale items in gift packaging that won’t be available on-line or with our retail partners. It’s our incentive for those who make the effort to meet us and support our bazaar efforts.

For those who know real quality, there’s no question that Leyende is something special.

Get some gift ideas for your loved ones at the Leyende booth at the American Women’s Bazaar on Nov 3 (Tuesday) from 8:30am to 3:00pm at the World Trade Center Sen. Gil Puyat Ave. extension corner Macapagal Ave. Pasay City.

Get into the recycling spirit: donate your old colorful glossy magazines to Leyende. We’ll reuse it as part of our holiday packaging (stocking stuffers, confetti, etc.).
